For a flat monthly fee (plans range roughly $350–$650 per month, depending on tier ), you gain direct access to a dedicated care team and a suite of wellness services without dealing with networks, deductibles, or surprise bills. Without wading through deductibles and navigating networks, you can access the personalized care you need.  You can access your health care team around the clock via call or chat without needing to wait weeks for an appointment or worry about surprise bills.  Mobile Care Health can access your health history and medical records and help ensure that a transition from traditional health insurance doesn’t mean losing the care you need.. As Mobile Care Health explains, this direct model operates outside insurance constraints, allowing providers to offer one-on-one personalized care, extended consultations, and round-the-clock access via call. • Health coaching to support you in building and sustaining a health lifestyle with nutritional guidance, stress management techniques, fitness coaching, and more.  All plans include Health Coaching Calls with our Endurance and Elite plans allowing you more 1:1 time with your Health Coach.

Fast access to providers is critical when you don’t have other coverage. Longevity Telehealth members can reach a clinician 24/7 via phone or message for urgent concerns. That means if it’s 9pm and you’re developing a concerning symptom, you can get medical advice immediately – instead of either ignoring it or paying out-of-pocket at an urgent care. The care team knows you personally, has your records, and can guide you on next steps or call in a prescription to a nearby pharmacy. This kind of reassurance and continuity is hard to put a price on when you’re otherwise uninsured. Many members pair a Longevity Plan with a basic high-deductible insurance plan in the background for catastrophic events (since the telehealth plan isn’t insurance for hospital bills). Your insurance, if you keep one, is there for major unexpected expenses, while the Longevity Plan manages all the routine and preventive care that keeps you out of the hospital. Longevity Telehealth Plans are flat-rate with transparent pricing.  You don’t need to plan for additional out-of-pocket and deductible costs over and above premiums you’ve already paid.  Our plans range from a base of $349/month for the Stability Plans to $369/month for the Endurance Plan, and $449/month for the Elite Plan.  For some, this may be less than the premiums along that they may pay for traditional coverage.

But what if I need additional care past what my selected Longevity Telehealth Plan includes?  At Mobile Care Health, we want to ensure you receive the right care where and when you need it.  We offer additional services at flat rate pricing that you can add on to your selected Longevity Telehealth Plan.  We can also make referrals to other providers when medically appropriate
